Customers have 7 business days from the delivery date to report any damaged items, lost packages/items, or request a return. Buyers can return items for a refund within 7 days of receipt, with the buyer responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
Buyers may return items for a refund if they are not as described or have quality issues within 7 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, based on the item's condition.
- If the wrong style or color is sent, we can offer a refund or reshipment. Damaged or missing component merchandise is not refundable.
- If the items do not meet your needs, we also accept returns. The courier service freight is the buyer's responsibility.
Return guidelines:
- Keep return goods and accessories intact if you need some returned.
- You are responsible for all necessary logistics costs and proper packaging for returns.
- We will declare the parcel at a low value to avoid customs issues. Before returning items, ensure you have our return address. Use regular postal service and provide a tracking number. We will repair or exchange items as soon as possible upon receipt.
- For faster shipment, choose your preferred shipping method and pay any extra costs. Contact us in advance.
- Note that the picture may have color differences due to photography conditions. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure about the colors.
- If goods are damaged in transit, keep all documentation and packaging and contact us within 7 days of receipt for return instructions.
