Customers have 7 business days from the delivery date to report any damaged items, lost packages/items, or request a return. Buyers can return items for a refund within 7 days of receipt, with the buyer responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in the same condition as delivered.

Buyers may return items for a refund if they are not as described or have quality issues within 7 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, based on the item's condition.

  • If the wrong style or color is sent, we can offer a refund or reshipment. Damaged or missing component merchandise is not refundable.
  • If the items do not meet your needs, we also accept returns. The courier service freight is the buyer's responsibility.

Return guidelines:

  1. Keep return goods and accessories intact if you need some returned.
  2. You are responsible for all necessary logistics costs and proper packaging for returns.
  3. We will declare the parcel at a low value to avoid customs issues. Before returning items, ensure you have our return address. Use regular postal service and provide a tracking number. We will repair or exchange items as soon as possible upon receipt.
  4. For faster shipment, choose your preferred shipping method and pay any extra costs. Contact us in advance.
  5. Note that the picture may have color differences due to photography conditions. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure about the colors.
  6. If goods are damaged in transit, keep all documentation and packaging and contact us within 7 days of receipt for return instructions.
